You will learn techniques to embrace a mindset that allows for a clear path ahead, and helps you remain present when feeling stressed.

Group sessions
Group sessions are held at various times throughout the year.
They are designed for you to meet with others going through a similar experience.
The power of conversation in a group setting can raise questions from others that may assist you with your own healing moving forward. Participants will gain a greater understanding of their emotions and internal world. Sometimes being connected with peers who are on a similar journey, can help you find meaningful support, inspiration and clarity.
