Life + Mind Coaching

As humans, we are the sum of our experiences, and we experience through our mind, body and spirit. That’s why our one-on-one Life and mind coaching sessions aim to heal by considering the whole person, and not just one aspect. For many clients, the thought of feeling calm, relaxed or at peace internally is a foreign concept or a long forgotten feeling. In our one-on-one sessions, we examine your physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual wellbeing to regain balance so you can move forward with clarity, peace and content.

Each person is responsible for their own health and wellbeing. Coaching sessions simply facilitate and guide the journey. The sessions focus on fixing the cause of the condition, not just alleviating the symptoms. This is done through a combination of techniques.

Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. It is the continuous practice of touching life deeply in every moment of daily life. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present, and at one with those around you and with what you are doing.
Mindfulness helps us to gain self-awareness, be less reactive in the face of stress and adversity, and grow beyond what we think we can do.

Voice Therapy

Your voice is a powerful tool in both an outward and an inward sense. It gives you a means to communicate your thoughts and feelings to others, but it also defines how you talk to yourself. Voice healing therapy explores awareness of your voice as a tool to regain alignment and balance in your life. we use mantras, toning, affirmations and healing instruments to explore how our voice and sounds influence our wellbeing.

Sound Healing Therapy

We use music to celebrate love, to say goodbye, to express ourselves have fun, and to worship. It is a language that holds no barriers. Most importantly helps us to heal.
Sound Healing uses Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, voice, soft percussion and tones to create a vibration that transports you to a deep state of relaxation and healing. The sound waves trigger a response in our bodies, which can help improve emotional awareness, cognitive function, and mental health. It energises and balances our brain, increases our immune system, tunes our nervous system and reduces stress.

Breathwork

We use conscious and connected breathing exercises to gain control, self-awareness and improve our capacity to heal. You will be guided through various breathing techniques, bringing awareness to various body sensations. By allowing space for positivity and mental freedom, you are in a better position to improve mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD and anger issues, as well boost confidence, reduce stress, process emotions effectively and improve relationships and your immune system. It seems simple, but it has been proven effective time and time again.
